Applications are reviewed once a year and must be submitted by September 15 before the end of the funding period. You should get a response by the end of October.

You will receive a draft agreement once the funding awards have been announced. The template is available below. You must sign the agreement for the funds to be released.
To receive support from the Chambre, you must adhere to the visibility and logo use guidelines for the Chambre’s Financial Assistance Program (available below) and to any special terms and conditions set out in the agreement.
The Chambre wishes to support its partners in areas where it has the expertise or resources to do so. That means identifying and developing new opportunities that serve to promote the activities that your organization is engaged in, potentially leading to a variety of initiatives, innovations, and improvements. We want to showcase your organization’s work and your achievements on our platforms, and we encourage you to keep the lines of communication open with the Chambre so we can make that happen.
You must also submit reports annually and at the end of the funding period. Funds are disbursed when the agreement is signed and each time a report is submitted and approved by the Chambre. Be sure to use the latest version of the report, available below.
The list of funded organizations shows the date funding was awarded, the amount granted, the name of the organization, a brief description of the funded activities, and the main NSF objective those activities support. The list is updated within the month following a Financial Assistance Attribution Committee meeting.
